- How much time will it take? It depends on many factors, but we try to get your compensation as soon as possible. Some airlines reply within two or three days, others - within four to six weeks or more. Some – never. We always fight for every claim, seeking an answer from the airline. If the airline rejects your claim for compensation, our lawyers will assess the claim and, if it is possible, send it to the National Executive authority, or sue the airline.
